How it works inside
Four systems working as one
Our engineer configures the machine’s software so that every part knows exactly what to do: the storage, the mechanical arm and the UV printer coordinate on their own.

It knows where every model goes and directs the whole process.

It picks up the selected case and places it inside the printer.

The process
From your design to a printed case in under 3 minutes
Choose and design on the 27" screen
The customer selects their phone model and creates their design on the touchscreen: they upload their photos, edit them and see the result instantly.
The software locates the case
The internal computer knows the exact storage position of each of the 67 models and sends the order to the mechanical arm.
The mechanical arm picks it up
It takes the selected case from the storage and positions it precisely inside the UV printer.
Fine position adjustment
Before printing, the correction system checks and adjusts the final position of the case so the design fits perfectly.
UV printing and delivery
The ink cures instantly under ultraviolet light and the case comes out ready to use. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.
